Trucks, drivers, and the companies behind each load

An invoice that cannot identify the vehicle is incomplete for a transport operator. This release placed registrations, drivers, and client companies on the same platform that issues the invoice.
The company is the commercial account
Each client is a company with contracted charges, a fixed currency, and running totals. Invoices, receipts, and statements for that company are held together. A statement may be complete, invoices only, or receipts only — on screen, as a stored PDF, and by email.
Once a company has been used on an issued invoice, its currency is locked. A MKD client cannot be converted to EUR mid-period by an accidental selection.
Registrations on the invoice, fleet behind them
Vehicle registrations are stored against the client and offered at invoice entry. A registration entered for the first time is retained for subsequent invoices. The fleet view then reports, for the selected period, kilometres, weight, and invoiced amount per vehicle and per driver.
A vehicle may remain on the books without an assigned driver; the invoice can still be reviewed. Filters apply by driver, make, or vehicle, for the current month, the previous month, the year, or a user-defined range.
Operational figures for dispatch
Per vehicle and per driver, the system presents output for the selected period and month by month, with the invoices that constitute each row. That is the operational question: who was on the road, and what was billed.
Amounts remain in the currency of the invoice. A MKD-per-kilometre view is available when a single fleet comparison is required. The invoices that make up a row are reachable from that row.
One operational record for haul and documents
Registrations, drivers, and invoice totals previously sat in separate tools. They now sit with the operator who issues the invoice. Fleet and receivables are administered in one product.
The subsequent release took those stored totals and exposed them as period-configurable statistics and reports.
