Configurable statistics and reporting
JKdevs6 min read
By October, invoices were already being issued. The next release put opening figures on the first screen: period, currency, and a PDF report the operator can produce without searching the archive.
The opening view uses precomputed totals
The home view presents invoiced, open, overdue, and collected amounts, with MKD and EUR held separately. Those cards are stored values. Opening the day does not load every invoice in the archive.
Selecting a card loads the invoices that constitute the figure. From that list the operator can dispatch the PDFs for the selected status.
Period charts persisted per login
Two rings — one for MKD, one for EUR — compare invoiced volume in the period with collections. Blue is invoiced; green is the collected share. The period is the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or a from–to range.
The selection is stored on the login. The next session opens on the same window: the same measures, the same period, for that operator.
Reports for the firm and for each client
A report covers issued invoices only. For the selected period it states count, net, tax, gross, collected, still open, and overdue — per currency, without combining MKD and EUR into a single total. There is a firm report and a report for each client with invoices in the period.
The previous week is generated automatically. The operator can also produce the last 30 days, the quarter, or the year, store the PDF, and have completed weeks, months, or years emailed to a designated recipient.
Reminders from the overdue register
The overdue figure opens the register with each row ready to send. One action emails a reminder to each company, with that company's overdue PDFs attached. A missing address is skipped. A single failure does not halt the remainder.
Dispatch history remains on the account, with timestamp and result. Statistics and correspondence refer to the same invoices. That completed the path to a mobile client on the same data set.
